why won't all the revisions show up only A will show up

Did you draw clouds for all revisions in views or on sheets?  If not then you need to either draw them, or click edit revisions from sheet properties and tick the boxes for any revisions you want to show in the schedule.

You're saying only "A" shows up and it's issued? Are you saying that only the tags for "A" show up and when you make new clouds and tags for "C" them nothing shows up? Can you go back and turn off everything that is issued and try to reset?
