Revision delta issues

I noticed that my revision delta number shows on the border wether there is an actual revision on that sheet or not.  Any ideas on why that would be happening?  I thought that the delta and number only showed on sheets where there was a cloud.  See attached.

To be clear there are no clouds placed on the sheets in question.

On your sheet view, scroll down your properties and click on the "Revisions on sheets" and tick or untick the ones you want to be visible on the sheet.
