What you are seeing there is the Description from the Sheet Issues Revisions dialogue (View Tab)

For some strange reason this seams like the only schedule where you cannot add comments i think you are finding out the hard way how limited revisions are to the software.

Yes, I am not able to put this information on the Sheets, are you saying that it's not possible to do this?

We're using Revision 7

You cannot.  Revision Cloud Comments is an instance property for each cloud, where as Revision Schedule is per Sheet.

Unfortunately not as Revisions are different to Revisions Clouds

You could create a Revision Cloud Schedule and Mix and Match them together on a Sheet, its not perfect but i have seen this method used quite frequently.  Create a Table using the Revision and hide the Column and butt up against the Revision Schedule

There are definitely Third Party Apps that Addin to Revit that can create Revisions in a more user friendly way and may be worth a look but definitely add you shortcomings to the Revit Ideas forum as they do use Ideas and Suggestions when considering implementing new features in updates.

I have found a Solution @aescobarMDK8T in Revision Clouds you can use the Drop Down and Pick from all other related categories..

Thank you! I went to create a new Revision Cloud sheet but I am not getting the option for Revision Clouds. What do you recommend
