Rendering in Cloud "The file could not be translated.-1"

Revit 2017

Render in could doesn't work as the pic shows the error. 

I have already tried re-install and updates and other ways, still doesn't work.

I even use the sample project to test.

I've already tried everything of this link but still no.

My other computer has no error at all with the same file.

Really don't understand.....
