Hi everyone, I'm trying to use the render cloud service but it's no use. I have a student license so I shouldn't have credits issues. I already read some similar posts but my problem seems kinda different.
At first, I tried to render the whole scene, but the software reported an error.
An error occurred
The Rendering Service couldn't complete your request.
Impossible update the file.
But when I tried to reduce the size of the section box it worked.
(After several times I discovered that this is the size limit for it to work)
I don't know if this is actually the problem but I haven't found anything similar on the forum yet.
Do you know what can I do?
