Removing eaves of a roof

Hello again

Currently working on a mansion type home with the roof resting on the cornice moulding and I have been asked to remove the eaves as they are a square block stuck ontop of the cornice and would look better if the roof itself flowed onto the cornice.

Any help appreciated

Thanks again

My first reaction is, make the floor plan sketch of the roof smaller. Or is your rafter tail the correct length?

Otherwise, change the rafter cut under your properties.

It would be helpful to post an image of what you do have and want you as a result.

My approach: No overhang and Vertical Offset (Upwards) for Cornice.  How are Cornices modeled.  Fascia Tool?

...My read is that the Roof is obviously bearing on the bearing walls, and that the Cornice is a decorative, fascia-like trim affixed to the tails of the Roof Trusses or Rafters. I'm I visualizing correctly?  Post a picture if you want.
