Remove Recent project listed

How can you remove recent listed projects on the main opening screen?

Where you only have the Sample Project listed.

All ideas or directions are appreciated.

You either move those two files to another location so it won't show up or delete them. You can also rename the file to trick Revit into thinking this is a new file and it won't display on the startup screen.

1. Options=>User Interface=>Uncheck "Enable Recent File List at Home".  Restart.  

2. Revit.ini File=> Recent File List Settings

Did that actually work or did you also disable it as @barthbradley suggested? I thought Revit would make new files if they weren't present.
