Region only showing with grey colour in section, cannot change colour of region.

I am working on a detail section, though filled regions with coloured fills which work fine on drafting views only show grey on the detail section.  Even when creating new filled regions, no matter what colour I set it to, it appears grey on the section.

Check the view template for detail items overrides and view filter overrides.

@ToanDN There are no overrides in the view template and as it's Revit LT there are no filters either.  I have just scrapped the viewtemplate, and made a new template which has stopped the issue.  Though I could not find the issue that was causing the override in the first place.
