Schedule Footer Formatting

Hi all,

Is there a way to format footers at all? I would like the subtotal shown in the attached to be underneath the occupancy count (Column E) instead of at the bottom of each for Column A

Sorry i should have described how the schedule is producing its results!

So the 'Occupancy' column is actually 'Count'  - The number of which is calculated from a specific chair family (family field is hidden)

The schedule is filtered by Room (Department column) first, then family (chair)

Format Count field to Calculate Totals and set the footer to show Title and Totals only.

Add a calculated value of parameter, enter 1 in the formula, format it to calculate totals, and use this parameter in lieu of Count.
