Region de mascara en vista de plano

Hola de nuevo,

Mi duda es la siguiente:

Tarabajando en la vista de plano de Revit 2019, quisiera montar un plano con alguna "trama" hecha insitu solo para ese plano. 

En Anotar >Detalle, no se pone activo la opción de Región.

¿Cómo puedo hacer una Región o Trama cuando estoy en vista de plano?

Are you sure you are in a plan view?

If you are in a top view of the 3D view it wont work.
