Below is a depiction of the issue I am having. The E4.21/5 elevation tag is a reference elevation tag (not original)
Since it is referencing a view on the sheet there is no way to correct the view range to incorporate the desired wall.
My question is how to find the original elevation tag, and it's extents as shown below.
Things I have tried:
Scope Box (didn't work)
Adjusting crop view in plan view to show possible location (nothing to show)
Included are the propertied in the plan view when selecting the elevation and in elevation properties.
- Change Hide at scale coarser than value to a scale smaller or at leas equal your floor plan view scale.
- The elevation view is Electrical discipline so the mark only shows in Electrical plan view. What is your plan view's discipline?
Still no results. Just to be clear that I am looking for the original elevation marker since this is a referenced elevation marker.
Just a quick example of what I am working with...
The two references reference the same elevation. When selecting the original marker the view range is shown. When selecting the referenced marker the view range does not show.
What I am attempting to find is the original elevation marker that will show the visible range.
@ToanDN This did actually work I was looking in the wrong place. Previously (before changing the hide scale) when I would perform a find referring views, only one plan would show up.
After making the hide scale change to a scale that all the other plans were I was able to perform the same select referring views and now there were more options.
I was able to see the section that the reference elevation was referring to and move it into the correct location.
Now the reference is the correct reference and it's background is correct.
