Redundant pattern element exits outside cut divided surface

Hello

I made a normal a cut divided surface and apply pattern, then some redundancy pattern element exits outside the surface area. they are inside a same in-place model, not by family.

Please help how to solve.

Please see attached rvt, these redundant pattern element should not apprear which are outside the divided surface, quite weird. Please advice Thanks

Change the pattern based curtain panel family to NOT Shared then use a mass to cut it off in the project environment.

Yes.  I just placed the OOTB box mass and rotate it 45 deg.

excellent, by change to "non-shared" and done, but I keep 2 in-place model (for both cut mass and pattern), it also works and more simplified and organized.
