Cursor disappears in Revit 2019 window

HI I am editing text in a Legend Revit 2020.2  The cursor blinks or flashes 5 times, then disappears!  When scrolling up or down or left to right the cursor disappears.  This is annoying and would appreciate if someone can tell me how to fix this.  If it can be fixed!?

I have tried this on another PC with similar config and get the same problem.

PC: I Xeon(R) CPU E5-1650 v4 @ 3.60 GHz

RAM: 32 gb

It likely is a video card driver issue.  To confirm, disable Hardware Acceleration and if the problem goes away then it is it.  Update your video card driver or find the certified driver listed by Autodesk.
