Revit 2020.2 disappearing cursor

HI I am editing text in a Legend Revit 2020.2  The cursor blinks or flashes 5 times, then disappears!  When scrolling up or down or left to right the cursor disappears.  This is annoying and would appreciate if someone can tell me how to fix this.  If it can be fixed!?

I have tried this on another PC with similar config and get the same problem.

PC: I Xeon(R) CPU E5-1650 v4 @ 3.60 GHz

RAM: 32 gb

Does Turning off Hardware Acceleration help?

Thx for the tip.  Will this affect the overall performance of Revit?

Yes. You better update the graphic card driver and keep Hardware Acceleration ON.
