Random roof tile generates.

I have been using the Custom Panel Based template to create 3D asphalt roofing tiles for a series of buildings I have been modeling. Once I got the hang of Create Mass to place the tiles and add the correct textures,  the project has been going very well.

However, this roof profile curves on the gable ends and generates one or two additional tiles AFTER  I do all the work in the Create Mass editor mode and press Finish:

[IGNORE BOTTOM ROW - I know how to delete those.]

I have tried adjusting the offset to 2" (the normal), 2.5", 2.75", and 3".  The picture above is set to 3" offset.  This resulted in the least post-generated tiles.

Revit does not seem to allow the deletion of individual tiles after the roof mass is created and no longer in editor mode. I tried all the methods (Tab-delete, Tab-demolish icon).

Perhaps I could try something counter-intuitive and reduce the offset while waiting for advice...

What do you think I am missing in order to eliminate these post-edit tiles generated tiles?

It happens. Just TAB-Select the booger and delete it.

...you should be able to delete it. I've never had an issue. If you are, then post the file here and let us examine it.

I already wrote that doing that is not working because it generates after
the editor closes. The program doesn't make deleting individual tiles
outside of the Mass Editor Mode possible.

These tiles only appear after Finishing the mass. When I go back into edit
it, the tile disappears again.

I've kinda cheated by making the UV lines smaller. So, temporary fix for
now. This model is just a display. Not how I would want to do it for an
actual set of plans, though.

Interesting.  Post the file. I'd like to look at it.
