"Error Displaying Attachment Content"

have been getting this message most of this week when trying to view attachment (PNG, JPG, etc...). its not just on the post shown below, it happens on any post with an attachment. 

any one know why this could be happening?

Same here. You have 2 options.  One throws that error; the other does not.

Thanks all... at least i know i'm not the only one having the issue. i had my IT going around and around trying to fix it, upgrading drivers, checking recent PC updates, etc... LOL
