Cannot see dynamo add-in in Revit

Hi,

I'm using Revit 2019, and used Dynamo 2.3.0, I have deleted all dynamo version from my machine due to constant dynamo crashes, and after downloading the 2.4.0 version from https://dynamobim.org/download/ I cannot see the addin inside revit.

What should I do?

I think you downloaded the wrong version.

You should download Dynamo for revit from here where the latest version is 2.2.

I assume that you are referring to Dynamo Core 2.4? (PS: if you are using Revit 2019 it is preferable to stick to the latest stable version for Revit 2019 and that is version 2.03)

Nonetheless when you uninstall Dynamo Revit / Dynamo Core versions you will need to clean up the registry keys as well...go navigate to the below path in the registry editor and delete the ones for older versions...reboot >> download and do a clean install

• Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\<Dynamo Version>

You can also disable all add-ins in case any is conflicting with Dynamo... SEE THIS LINK FOR HELP
