"An unrecoverable error has occurred" error when saving after adding .txt file

Hello!

I seem to be having a strange issue with multiple families I have created. I receive the "An unrecoverable error has occurred" error.

I usually have to create a text file that contains all the family type catalog, then it can be added to projects with ease.

Saving without the text file has no issues, but once the text file becomes associated with the .rfa, it gives that error. I am using the most up to date version of Revit 2017 for this.

I've attached the file in hopes someone can help me here...

Looks like you have a misplaced comma.  

as-is:

,Width##length##inches,Depth##length##inches,Countertop Visibility##Other,##Countertop##Other##

corrected: 

,Width##length##inches,Depth##length##inches,Countertop Visibility##Other##,Countertop##Other##
