RE: Renderings is not coming well in Revit 2021

(Revit 2021, legal version but not under subscription):

Trying to create some renderings from a new residential project, but for some reason, the interior rendering of a 3D space is not coming fully developed, not even in the "Draft" quality setting mode (of the teapot dialog) which normally shows the entire view rendered.  Only the top part of the rendering is sort of finalized at the end of the process, and the other parts are unfinished.  See attached image of the space rendered in the "Draft" quality Setting of the teapot dialog.  The same thing happened in the "Medium" quality setting.

Any advising why this is happening now?

Thanks in advance.

I haven't used the on-board rendering for ages - way too slow. Instead, we use Enscape. It's fast and offers a lot of options. But it's not free. Another option could be Twinmotion. You can probably download it from you Autodesk account page. And there are a couple of other rendering programs out there, like Lumion.

have you adjust:

  • Lighting Scheme ?

and

  • Image :Adjust Exposure ?
  • see , also if you have Artificial Lights turn on

I recommend you , especially for exterior renderings , Twinmotion that can be used for free with Revit ( not LT)

Looks like you are using "Sun and Artificial".   Have you tried other Schemes?

They changed license for Twinmotion so it's now basically free for everyone without limitations as long as you make less than $1 million USD.

I didn't have the time to test what's the best workflow and export option for LT users.
