Properties tab showing the wrong side of the properties??? Revit 2017

There is not scroll tab for them to look on the other side and I can't see it unless I make the tab super fat

Hover your mouse over the line between the 1st and 2nd columns to resize them.

Nope didn't work no matter what size I drag it to and drag it back it will still not show it correctly
