Properties - home & End Keys

After starting to type text in the properties window the home and end keys no longer function.  They work as the first key typed but not after that.  Is there something I can do to get them to function?

Can you try a different keyboard?

Use CTRL+Home to go to the beginning and CTRL+End to go to the end.

I also noticed that the arrow keys do nto work in the properties window after I start typing.  I think it is not the keyboard.  These keys work directly after the initial click intot the edit box.

Jonathan,

Your screen cast works exactly like it does here.  You have to type some keys and then hit the home key. After typing in some text to an edit box the home key wil not work.

You need to add 1 more step before hitting the home key.  Try to change the name of something and then hit the home key.

I thought I changed it to public.  Um I do not remember if it worked in 2016. I have only worked it Revit for about 6 mo.
