Properties and Project Browser Lost

Do not know how to get my properties and project browsers back. I use a second monitor so I am guessing that is how this happened. I know you can right-click in the workspace and toggle them there and I also know about the User Interface in the View tab. I've tried toggling these on and off, resetting Revit, changing the resolution on my screens, using one monitor, I've tried deleting my registry keys and nothing seems to be working. Help would be nice considering my final project submission is coming up and it is difficult trying to work around this issue.

the only way is do a clean uninstall and reinstall again the program it could be some program files are corrupted and see if helps. thanks
