Proper way to draw an inregular shape wall

What is the proper way to draw an irregular shape wall as below?

Several ways:

- edit profile of a wall and draw the shape
- split face a regular wall to create the shaoe and paint with a material
- create parts from a wall and divide parts to create the shape and change
material

There is nothing irregular about that wall.  The wall's finishing materials are different from the walls next to it.  One fast and easy approach would be to use the Split Face and Paint Tools.

I prefer to use the @barthbradley @ToanDN solutions, but there´s one more good way to do this: using parts! Once you master this technic you will always be tempted to find solutions using it...
