Project Browser resizes randomly

I have my Project Browser snapped to the right side of my main Revit window. Sometimes (frequently, almost every time I'm working in Revit) the Project Browser will suddenly shrink width-wise. I can't recreate this phenomenon, so I'm not sure exactly what is causing it.

Any ideas?

Curious if anyone has found a solution to the randomly shrinking Project Browser? I use Revit LT 2020 in one window. Properties palette on the left and project browser on the right. Both docked. No problem with the Properties palette but the browser shrinks in width every few minutes. Someone suggested that I not maximize the Revit window but stretch it to fit the screen. That hasn't helped at all. I use the latest version of Revit LT.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

On this page (https://www.revitforum.org/showthread.php/40351-Width-of-Properties-and-Project-Browser-keeps-changi...) you can see more people suffer from this weird situation. They don't have a solution either. At least it's active 😅

Not sure if this helps but with my Windows 10 PC if I set the display settings to 100% then I do not get resizing of my Project Browser, however, if I set my laptop screen to 125% (which I do if I am using the small screen) the Project Browser shrinks in width. This normally happens when I open a new project or restart Revit.

Unfortunately doesn't solve it for me. My display settings are already at 100%.

Same issue here, width reduces so you cannot access views efficiently - any fix?

I can confirm this still happens in Revit 2021.1.1

edit:  Not only does the project browser randomly resize itself, but new to 2021 (for me) the properties windows also does so.

I found the solution on the Autodesk Knowledge site: 😣

Workaround:
Manually resize the properties palette or the project browser.

Not sure that is a workaround, it doesnt stick and will go right back to jumping around. Obviously, when the project browser is changing size ramdonly/automatic just from switching from active models, we are having to MANUALLY resize back to the way it was.

I've undocked my properties palette and project browser and placed them on another monitor and so far (a couple of hours) they don't resize.
