Hi

I'm creating a model in place profile loaded from library, the profile is 3cm only which is useful for wall decoration. Is there a way to scale it in my project? as shown in the photo, the scale tool is dimmed

No you cannot. You need to create different profiles with different sizes or make one profile parametric so that you can scale it (not that easy).

The Scale Tool becomes active when doing Profile by Sketch.
