Problems with plan view elements

Hello! 
I have problem with plan view elements. I keep a family in the first floor at height=2.3m where total height is 3.2 m. This family show in first and second floor. I want to hide in the second. I dont thing is view range problem because i controlled again and again. I hope to hava a soluton.

- Is the Underlay On for the second level view? If so, turn it off.
- Is there NOT a floor modeled on the second level? If not and there should be one then model it in.

The Underlay is "none". I modeled the floor on both levels. Others families that are positioning in the same hight are ok but this one is not ok. I dont know why. 😞

Is there a Model Line in the Family that is being cut by your View Range in the Project View?
