problem with render in cloud

I have updated to Revit 2018 from 2016 and now my render to the cloud isn't working, I keep getting the message:

A Problem Occurred

The rendering service could not complete your request.

I have tried every fix that I have been able to come across so far but nothing seems to work, I have tried different files, and have tried using 2016 and I keep getting the same message

Please Help

I do not know "every fix you tried".

Few thing you could try

-Maybe the service is/was down temporarily?

-See if a firewall or virus scanner is blocking connections.

-Check in your account that you have cloud credits.

-Create a support ticket in your account and see if Autodesk can check from their side.

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.

@Fhinc please refer to this FAQ post in the A360 Rendering Forum.

I suspect you'll find an answer there.

I have tried all of these solutions and none of them seem to be the problem, not sure what else can be done

I have logged in and out, I have repaired and reinstalled, and have tried to look at my firewall and internet security and none of them seem to be the fix.

I have tired multiple files to get it to work both in 2018, and also tired in my 2016 copy but neither work.

Hi @Fhinc,

Do you have Revit Live 1.8.0 installed?  If that's the case, you need to update to 1.8.1 which has a fix for render in cloud problem.

You can get more information in this topic: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/revit-live-forum/revit-live-1-8-is-not-compatible-with-cloud-renderin...

Thank you,

Libei
