Problem with energy analysis. Revit 2014

Hi,my problem is that I can't do my energy analysis becuose to 30% the process stops. The message say me that I don't connected to internet, (but this isn't true). Sorry help me..

is it a wireless connection that is intermittent or a cable connection?

can you have IE open to a website that has a constantly changing homepage (this pings the site constantly for web access)?

I have a wireles internet connection and i can use it for all. So I think that the problem isn't the internet connection but another thing, probably (i don't know) the project configuration or the project elements (also i have use all correct parameters).
