Ambient shadows not in all levels shown

Hello community,
This is my first post here so I hope I can get help from you guys.
Like the subject says, I have the ambient shadows on each level turned on, but some how its only being shown on the 2nd and 3rd level of my building.
The most important plan is the site plan in which the ambient shadows aren't being shown.
I have the Hardware acceleration in the grafic tab turned on.
Is anyone having or had this issue ? I tried searching the web but didn't find a thread similair.
Thank you in advance
Cheers

When you set the sun position, you can actually place it in a project level. Check if by accident you placed your sun in a different level then the ground one.

Hello,

Thanks for the fast respond.

All the levels are placed on the same ground level, I tried to play around and change the sun path settings but nothing changes only the direction of the shadows.
I even tried to place level 1 and 2 on the same view template with the same settings but ambient shadows are still seen on level 2 but not on level 1.
I think it's just a small setting that turns the ambient shadows visibility off besides the one on the graphic display options but I can't figure it out.
I attached a screenshot... The language is German but I think it's understandable.
Thanks in advance
Greetings

I really can't understand german LOL. But that's not the issue. I'm running out of ideas here.

I tried to do the same set here and it didn't work. I'm guessing REVIT only show ambient shadows in 3D views. Maybe floor plans shows just the shadows cast by the sun.

LoooL, I highlighted the Ambient shadow option to make it understandable, that was the point :grinsendes_Gesicht_mit_lächelnden_Augen:
On the ground plans ambient shadows add more depth in the scene. I'll attach a screenshot of level 2 to show it.
I appreciate your help, thank you.
If I get a solution I'll let you know.
Greetings

Please let me know!

Just a last long shot: the level 2 and ground level views have the same View Range settings? It makes no sense, but I would check cut plane, view depth and whatever... Just to cover the improbable either.

Also, you may wanna create a view template from the working view, to apply to others. Another long shot.

Good luck! Regards!

Both views have the same view depth (Level 0).
I tried also to save the view template settings of the working level and applied it to the non working one but it didn't work.
I ran out of ideas.
Thank you, greetings

Check the Lighting options (Beleuchtung) and see if both views have the same values for sunlight, ambient light, and shadows. Make sure all the Sun Settings are the same, such as the "Relative to View" setting and the "Ground Plane" setting.

Hello,
Sorry for the late respond.
I tried to have the same settings for all levels, even putting them in the same view template didn't help me further. I gave up and finally disabled the ambient shadows.
Thank you guys for your help.
If I get a solution I'll let you know.
Regards

Expand Lighting and check if they are the same.
