In the attached Revit mass, the divided surface grids are not aligned with the center, although the justification of both the U and V grids is center.

Basically it is because the middle of the pattern is not defined where you expect them. It is not at the crossing but exactly between the crossings.

To solve this issue, set you alignment to beginning and make an offset of 460

If you ever make it parametrically make the offset:

Halfspan-((rounddown(HalfSpan/Distance))*Distance)

Can you please give me an example of the equation, I can't understand the meaning of which distance or span do you mean. And does this apply for both the U and V grids?

I guess when you set UV with fixed distances and center align, Revit assumes the center of the pattern is the center of a cell, not an edge of a cell.

So, how can I solve this?

Follow @Avaris. advice, set it alignment to Start, measure the offset of a grid to the center of the surface and enter that value to the pattern Offset.

It's not accurate enough. I did this before, but it is not a horizontal surface, it is a curved rectangle. I get so near, but not exactly centered.

Now, it's aligned, but the dimensions of the panel have differed. It is now (138.5 * 571.43) instead of (138.5 * 580 mm), which has affected the gaps between the panels.

Well I guess you need to create named ref planes and use Intersect list.

Can you please explain for me on a drawing the halfspan and which distance parameters you mean?

Unfortunately no time for a drawing, but I think it is simple to explain in words: halfspan is just half the width of your element. distance is the parameter within the grid-layout.
