Problem with Devide Surface

Hi,
I'm trying to grid this ramp using the Divide Surface component.
However, as you can see in the pictures, the result turns out wrong or distorted.
I also tried using the Empty and Overhanging options, but they didn’t help.
Is Divide Surface even the right approach for this kind of geometry?
What would be the proper solution?
