Problem using Revit 2016

 Hi,

I have a MacBook Pro with parallel 11.1 and winsdow 8.1 installed (16 GB of RAM shared between the two system).
But everytime I try to use Revit it doesn't work weel, it's slow and it let me show the window attached.At the same time I can't pick the option "acceleration hardware".
Can everyone help me?
