Problem to sync on only 1 project in particular

Hi,

We are currently working on an old project that was started in Revit 2012 and was migrated to 2017 (with a mid-upgraded to 2015 since the project wouldn't let me go directly to 2017). Since then, the project is being really weird because when we leave at the end of the day, people need to all sync at the same time or risk having the "unable to sync, the central file is busy" message when other close their computer.

To remedy, we need to reopen all computer that worked on it that day and sync again (all at the same time) or wait till the morning (save local only) and sync. If they wait for the morning, the sync will work even if they are the first in the day

This has never happen on any project, any idea to permanently end this really annoying problem ?

Have only 1 user do this:

Open the file, check Audit.

Once complete, Synch to Central, check box for Save Local File before and after synchronizing with central.

Then have rest of team open, synch. What are results?

If it still has the odd behavior, you may need to create a new Central File.

Hi, thanks for the quick reply.

Audit is done once a day, new central is done nearly once a week because of how much problem this has happen.

Also, this project also give a "corrupt" message sometime when synchronizing, but doing a sync right after arrange that problem. It seems really weird because this is not a network issue since it's only on that project. We are between 3 to 6 to work on this every day.

This look like a much deeper problem like a project corruption but I can't find how to fix this.

I suspect there might be a corrupt Family in this project.
