Problem regarding using Enscape.

This error pops up when I try to use Enscape.My laptop has a Intel 400 gpu and Raedon hd 7670 gpu,it seems that the software isn't able to detect the AMD raedon.

I've already tried going to configure switchable graphic and settings Revit to high performance.

I'm reading the error message differently. "Enscape is using your GPU from AMD".  Sounds like it's detecting it, but not liking it.  Go to the Enscape website and see if it's supported.

What version of Enscape? May need to update your driver?

We have the same problem! I contacted enscape support and revit support but anyone helped me to resolved this problem.

Did you understand how to resolve it?
