I cannot get my HP Designjet 130nr to print Revit 2017 files on Windows 10

I can print windows programs but not Revit files

I had no problems with Windows 8.1 and Revit 2016

With my Dealer`s help we loaded Design Review and I can print from there but not from Revit

I also had another reply from your support team and I tried going into what was sent but was not able to, I got the measage try again later
