Guys, for small projects we did our own Energy Report that are about 18 pages fitting 2 sheets of 2436.

For Letter printout, past routine was print to pdf, open pdf, duplicate 18 times and crop each pages and save. That's about 20 minutes.

I wonder if we can print directly from Rv at certain preset "paper space" area. Pls spare me of setting 18 individual views approach.

You should be able to generate the same Energy Report from the authoring program in letter form PDF.  Do it and print that file.

This is Rv generated, not authentic energy program.

Enlighten me.  Revit generates the report and automatically place and fit them on (2) 24x36 sheets?

The correct word is 'Rv integrated'.

I don't know much about energy, but for small simple projects instead of waiting time, coordination, emailing...we use Rv window schedule, parametric items to do the report while modeling the project.

If it is an Insight schedule then you can duplicate the schedule, split the copy and place each part onto a letter sized sheet, then print those sheets.
