Preliminary not for Construction Parameters

Hello.

Currently i have made a yes/no parameter on my title bock and cover page text in red "preliminary not for construction " if i tick this box in only represents the sheet. i have to either select all and un-tick the box in manually tick every 30 sheets in the project once the job is going for construction..

Is there a way to set up a global parameter that applies to the project or ALL sheets at once? I think iv seen this done before just not too sure how its done...

Make it a Project Information parameter instead of a Sheets parameter. Or make it a Type parameter, not Instance parameter, so that you Edit a Titleblock Type and all Instances of the same Type change.

Type vs Instance parameters then  associate the parameter with a Global parameter.
