How to model facade ornaments

hope you're having a great day. I'm a Revit beginner and struggling to model a feature of the church facade. I'd appreciate if any of you Revit masters can lead me on the right path. It's that feature above the door (not sure how it's called either):

Use Model-inplace for the Arch

and for base, you can use Floor Edge Slab ( similar profile )
