Plumbing families not showing in floor plan

I am placing plumbing accessories into my revit project. I drew the toilet paper holder and towel ring myself but when I load them into my project they do not show in my certain floor plan views. My visibility graphics are set to show plumbing fixtures and they are not hidden. So I can't figure out why they wouldn't be showing up.

Is your plumbing accessories hosted to floor instead of level?

No, it is hosted to the level.

Actually I am not sure. I drew it in a general plumbing family file.

Can you check the view range and see if the cut is below those objects.
