I'm having trouble creating a plot file to send to the repro company for
plotting out.
When they open the file the file blank. I sent a separate file for each
sheet.
What I'm I doing wroung.

I have used the oce 9600 or 9800 drivers to create plot files, those seem to work at most repro shops. You can download them at oce's website. Just get the windows drivers and it will set up a "fake" printer on your computer that you can use to plot to file from.
I've also heard the HP650 drivers work well for plt files.
