Steps to reproduce
Hi, I am having an issue contacting customer service. There is no way for me to speak to anyone and this is very disappointing. As an aspiring architect that will need to use 2D software, I am in mind to think twice about using Autodesk in the future as I am experiencing indifferent customer support. You're not making a very good impression.

Expected results
My issue I am trying to raise:
I am looking to model a building made (in Revit) using Dowel Laminated Timber (DLT) and/or Cross Laminated Timber (CLT). However, I cannot find these materials in the current ‘Revit Family Libraries’.
Where can I find DLT and/or CLT families, so that I can build my model in Revit?

Actual results
Please advise where to find said DLT/CLT families on Revit?

@davidrichemail Here is how to open a support case with Autodesk if you are on subscription to seek out Autodesk Support's help:

Install Revit UK content library or use Load Autodesk Families from the ribbon.

You can usally get answers from the community a lot faster than support. Users helping users. Can't get much better than that. It's probably one of the most undervalued resources by new users.

I don't understand what the issue is here.  You're looking for a specific Material to Model with?  That doesn't compute.  If you want, say the OOTB "LVL-Laminated Veneer Lumber" Family to be named DLT or CLT, then rename it.  It's just a simple rectangular extrusion.  It has no "materiality". You can apply whatever Material Appearance, Thermal and Physical Properties you want to this rectangular extrusion in the Project.  If no suitable Material Assets exists in the OOTB Material Asset Library, then create one based on Manufacturer's specs.
