Enscape

I recently installed Enscape as a revit plugin. But when i open up a revit project to use enscape, the interface for it is all greyed out. Looking to know what might be the cause for this. 

I've already tried uninstalling Enscape and reinstalling the trial again but nothing seems to work

Switch View to Orthographic Projection Mode

Can you provide screenshot what you see in the Revit menu? Can you click on the start button or that is also grey out? Try creating an online account

Maybe you need to have a license, or enable something to start a trial. Check their website for instructions, or contact them. Enscape is not an Autodesk product.

I would check the enscape forum. And post your issue there. It seems there are few users who are having the same issue.

Have you trialed Enscape before?

no i havent. As soon as I installed its plugin for Revit, all Enscape functionalities were greyed out
