PLAN DOESN'T SHOW UP IN THE PUBLISHED VERSION

We have an ongoing problem; that some of the enlarged floor plans don't appear properly in the published version on BIM 360 Team, the problem doesn't exist if we print the sheet as a pdf file. The sheet looks okay on the screen too

Please see the attached screenshot and your input is highly appreciated 

By the way, below are things that we have checked and everything seam to be normal :

- Phase and Phase Filter ----> Show Previous + New, Project Completion
- View's Crop region ---> See attached 
- View's Model Display = normal

Have you checked your Publish Settings.

I've just checked the Publishing settings, and all plans in the sheet preview look fine and nothing missing, a screen shot is attached; I've tried to republish multiple times and the problem is still exist
any other ideas?

I am not clear on what is missing or different when you publish on Docs versus PDF locally.

Do others get the same results?

Yes this issue is still exist and it is very annoying to our clients, vendors and consultants who use the online published version as the only source to get into the latest and greatest construction drawings.

Reset the View crop region of that view and see what brings you.

It worked, when I reset the View crop region to default; thank you so much!
