Phases and View Template filters

I have a sheet with two views, one is phase A, one is phase B, they use the same view template. In the view template I set filters for color and line shade tone. But these filters only work on Phase A but not B - so in the view of Phase A, the skylights become blue and the PV panels show half tone. However, the view of Phase B, I don't see the change. Therefore the overall sheet doesn't look right. What are the possible reasons? Any input will be appreciated.

Sorry, I just double checked. The view templates are different, but the same filters are added into both templates, they work with one template but not the other. What could stop the filters from working?

I think phase filter is way more complicated than it sounds.
I am creating filters for phases in the view template to make it usefull.

filters are view specific change the rules for the filter in each view independent of each other

A = red

B= Blue etc.

or create a different filter
