Perforated Curtain Wall Panel using Void Array

Hello,

I am trying to create a perforated Curtain Wall Panel family using an arrayed void.

I can get it to work horizontally (or vertically) but not in both directions.

Once I array it down it seems to loose the previous constraints.

Anyone aware of this behaviour. And how to overcome it?
