Paremeter hexagonal geometry

Hello, 

 

I would like to paremeter lenght and width this geometry:

but I can't do it equidistantly between the center, can someone help?

Maybe this works, you have to make some esqual distances to fix the hexagon to the center, then place angular dimensions and block them only in 5 inside corners to don't get a circular error

Here is alternative if you want to define the width of the edge while it auto calculate the length and height of the foundation footing.
