Parametric line with length specific text

Hi ,

I'm wanting to create a line type family that I can use for noting lintels/beams.

I'm wanting the text above the line to display a lintel size based on the length of the line. 

Any ideas?

In Detail Item Line-Based.rft, place another Dimension for Length. Associate this Dimension to a Shared Parameter. Make it Instance and Reporting. 

Create a Detail Item Tag Family and pull this Shared "Length" Parameter into a Label. 

In Project, place Detail Item Line-Based Family and Tag it.
