Is it possible to create a parameter to populate this on a project Cover Sheet?
This is a family, that is inserted into the Cover Sheet.
Thank you!

Please clarify the evil grin?
Also - how in Dynamo?
This could be easily done with an Area Plan and corresponding Schedule. That way it stays up to date if the Area changes.

Here is what it might look like using a schedule. This of course depends on you creating an area plan for the project. It could be done with a room schedule I suppose as well. The formatting is a bit challenging if it need to look EXACTLY like you showed. This method has the advantage that it will automatically update as long as area/room plan is kept up to date.
@loboarch - so the area is a label with a shared parameter that talks to the area plan?
The schedule value is a calculated value, so is not a parameter. You can make a shared parameter for total area, but will always need to update the parameter manually when the area changes.

Nope. I did this with just an area plan. Just added the "Area" parameter to the schedule and told it to calculate totals on the formatting tab. I also cleared "Itemize Every Instance" on sorting and grouping tab so I don't get each area listed, just the total. Messed a bit with the formatting and headers of the schedule (this is where you are kind of limited.) placed it on a sheet. You can even place it on multiple sheets if you wish.
