Parameter for Wall Elements in the Model Category and the Analytical Category

Hi,

in Revit you have model categories and analytical model categories. Some elements have also an analytical element analogues. E. g. a wall in the model category has also an analytical element in the analytical model category belonging to it.

I want to define only one parameter "B", which I want to assign just to walls in the model category. The parameter "B" should be also available for walls in the analytical model category and it's value has to be the same as of that I have already assigned to it in the model category.

Does anyone have any idea how it could be possible?

Thank you all in advance.

While you cannot do it automatically without maybe Dynamo, you can do it pretty quickly via a Wall schedule.  Add both parameters from Wall and Analytical to the schedule and with some grouping, you can match the value from one column to another easily.
