Painting a facade by model pattern

I have a bit complicated pattern on two of my facades and I made a .pat file for it to show correctly (pattern shown in the attached photo).

This facade´s made of three different color panels and I don´t know how to "paint the facade by the pattern". I´ve made an image in Photoshop to show the pattern and colors correctly but this only shows in renderings.

How do I color these panels to show correctly in elevations?

Assuming that you already loaded the image into the appearance asset,  I suggest you open the elevation view and change its mode to "Realistic"

So the coded .pat file is kinda pointless since you don´t use it in anything really? Because even if the facade is one color you still don´t see the pattern in renderings so what´s the point in it really?

I started making the facade from the .pat file so I thought that this is what "you should use" in elevations and so on.

But thanks for the obvious solution that my .pat coded mind didn´t go to.

That is not true.  There are different levels of presentation. Some users use just a simple pattern with no solid fills behind it ("hidden line" mode). Some users use "shaded" mode - this means that they will display a pattern and one color behind it. You mentioned that the facade panels you create have different color. So, if you want to display all those colors in elevations, you must use the "realistic" mode.
